Reno Tahoe Director of Sports Development Shelli Fine has been recognized as a "Visionary" Woman in the 2025 Smart Women in Meetings Awards by Smart Meetings Magazine. The awards aim to honor outstanding female leaders who are driving progress in the meetings industry.
A Reno native, City of Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve is a proponent of the local arts community, a past President of the United States Conference of Mayors, and served as Chair of the Standing Committee on Tourism, Arts, Parks, Entertainment and Sports. She has also received various community accolades, including the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award, "Twenty Under 40" recognition, and the NV Energy Women of Achievement Award.
Autumn Harry identifies as a fisherwoman, land defender, Indigenous rights advocate, artist and fly fishing guide. A member of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe, Autumn founded Kooyooe Pa'a Guides, whose mission is to make fishing accessible for marginalized communities. She was also named USA TODAY's "Woman of the Year - Nevada Honoree" in 2022.

Jaime Chapman is a passionate tourism entrepreneur with a decade of experience showing cities. She is the founder for Travel Pineapple, offering custom pedicab tours in Reno, and serves as the executive director of Reno's MidTown District.
Founder and owner of Rising for People Coffee Co., a Black-owned business in Reno, Sky Jones emphasizes sustainability, social impact and innovated features like Reno's first Roast on Demand service.
Reno local, entrepreneur and businesswoman, Piper Stremmel is committed to preserving the city's unique history while providing the community with modern experiences.
