The Summit

The Summit, located at the south end of Reno where highways 395 and 431 (Mt. Rose Highway) intersect, is an open-air, lifestyle shopping center with more than 70 shops, specialy retailers, salons and restaurants to satisfy any palate. Cabela's

Cabela's stores are known as premier shopping and tourism destinations, drawing visitors from hundreds of miles to indulge in a unique shopping experience that celebrates nature and the lifestyle of the outdoor enthusiast.

Reno's 125,000-square-foot, large-format destination store is located near the Boomtown Hotel Casino on I-80 near theCalifornia border (8650 Boomtown Road, Verdi, Nev.). Extraordinary in design and showcasing thousands of products from its world-famous catalog and Web site, a customer's average stay at a Cabela's store has been estimated at a remarkable 3½ hours. Cabela's Reno store hours are Monday - Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.on Sunday.

Truckee River Arts District

Located in close proximity to Reno's Truckee River Whitewater Park is the Truckee River Arts District. Plan to visit both the CalAve and Riverwalk sections of the district for unique shopping excursions to specialty shops, antique stores, boutiques, galleries and unique culinary attractions.
