Frey Ranch Estate Distillery produces crafted spirits including gin, vodka, bourbon whiskey and absinthe. The family-owned business has been farming grains such as wheat, corn, barely, rye and alfalfa since the 1850s to produce their quality spirits. Tours of the distillery and barrel house are available to guests.

Cold Water Brewery & Grill is home to all-grain, hand-crafted beers. Located in South Lake Tahoe, Cold Water Brewery & Grill serves California comfort food while producing roughly 200 gallons of beer daily.

Northern Nevada's original microdistillery makes handcrafted bourbon, whiskey, gin, vodka and rum. Their spirits are made with locally-grown ingredients, including corn and barley from Yerington and Gardnerville. They utilize a mid-19th-century fermentation and distillation process to manufacture moonshine, rum, vodka, gin and bourbon. Tours are available, and the tasting room in Sparks is open Thursday - Saturday and other days by appointment.
