Seven Troughs Distilling Co.

Northern Nevada’s original microdistillery makes handcrafted bourbon, whiskey, gin, vodka and rum. Their spirits are made with locally-grown ingredients, including corn and barley from Yerington and Gardnerville. They utilize a mid-19th-century fermentation and distillation process to manufacture moonshine, rum, vodka, gin and bourbon. Tours are available, and the tasting room in Sparks is open Thursday – Saturday and other days by appointment.
