1 Egg
1 Cup of White Wine Vinegar
1 oz. of Dijon Mustard
½ Small Red Onion
3 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
3 Cups of Salad Oil
½ Cup of Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
2 Tbsp of Maggi Seasoning
Finish with garnish of your choice!
