Thursday, June 5th
3:00 - 10:00 p.m. - Camp registration in the lobby at the Renaissance Reno
- Please stop by our welcome area near the hotel front desk to sign in, get your swag bag and get a rundown of the weekend’s must-know info.
Friday, June 6th
8:00 a.m. - Mess Hall Breakfast at the National Automobile Museum, located at 1 Museum Drive across the street from the Renaissance Reno.
- Arrive at our welcome breakfast ready to take on the day. Check in with your track leads, meet your influencer(s) and prepare to board the shuttle to your first adventure.
6:00 p.m. - Game Night & Dinner at Bundox Bocce inside the hotel
Saturday, June 7th
6:30 p.m. - Camp Dinner at Atwood Rooftop, with shuttle provided to and from the event
Sunday, June 8th
10:00 a.m. - Talent Show Brunch in the Topaz Room at the Renaissance Reno
You'll be staying with fellow campers at Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa, which is located on One Lake Street in Reno.
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m. on June 5th

Friday, June 6th
- 8:00 a.m. - Mess Hall Breakfast at the National Automobile Museum, located at 1 Museum Drive across the street from the Renaissance Reno.
- 9:30 a.m. - Shuttle departs from the National Automobile Museum.
- 10:30 a.m. - Wakesurfing and beach day with Tahoe Surf Company at Zephyr Cove. Catered lunch, seating and activities provided on the beach.
- 3:30 p.m. - Shuttle pickup and return to Reno.
- 4:30 p.m. - Break at the hotel.
- 6:00 p.m. - Game night and dinner at Bundox Bocce, which is located inside the hotel.
Saturday, June 7th
- 4:00 a.m. - Shuttle pickup at Renaissance Reno. Coffee and grab-and-go snacks are available in the hotel lobby.
- 5:15 a.m. - Arrive at Lake Tahoe Balloon. Refreshments and beverages are provided on board. (Waiver)
- 10:00 a.m. - Shuttle pickup and travel to Truckee for the next experience.
- 11:00 a.m. - Lunch in Tahoe City.
- 1:30 p.m. - Rafting on the Truckee River with IRIE Rafting Co.
- 3:30 p.m. - Shuttle pickup and return to Reno.
- 4:15 p.m. - Break at the hotel.
- 6:00 p.m. - Shuttle pickup at Renaissance Reno for dinner event.
- 6:30 p.m. - Camp dinner at Atwood rooftop.

- 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Talent Show Brunch at the Renaissance Reno

- 1:30 p.m. - Hike to Monkey Rock.
- 3:30 p.m. - Shuttle pickup and return to Reno.
- 4:30 p.m. - Break at the hotel.
- 6:00 p.m. - Game night and dinner at Bundox Bocce, which is located inside the hotel.
Saturday, June 7th
- 6:00 - 8:00 a.m. - Continental breakfast in the Hideaway, on the hotel's lower level.
- 7:00 a.m. - Shuttle pickup at Renaissance Reno.
- 8:15 a.m. - Arrive in South Lake for the Clearly Explorer charter.
- 2:00 p.m. - Shuttle pickup and return to Reno.
- 3:15 p.m. - Break at the hotel.
- 6:00 p.m. - Shuttle pickup at Renaissance Reno for dinner event.
- 6:30 p.m. - Camp dinner at Atwood rooftop.

- 6:00 p.m. - Game night and dinner at Bundox Bocce, which is located inside the hotel.

- 9:30 a.m. - Horseback riding excursion with Piping Rock Horses. (Waiver)
- 11:30 a.m. - Shuttle pickup and travel to Sparks.
- 12:30 p.m. - Waterfront lunch at Sparks Water Bar.
- 2:00 p.m. - Shuttle pickup and travel to Junkee.
- 2:30 p.m. - Curated shopping experience with Junkee Clothing Exchange.
- 3:15 p.m. - Shuttle pickup and travel to The Generator.
- 3:30 p.m. - Art and makerspace tour at The Generator. (Waiver)
- 4:15 p.m. - Shuttle pickup and return to the hotel.
- 4:30 p.m. - Break at the hotel.
- 6:00 p.m. - Shuttle pickup at Renaissance Reno for dinner event.

- 3:30 p.m. - Shuttle pickup and return to hotel.

- 6:00 p.m. - Game night and dinner at Bundox Bocce, which is located inside the hotel.

Wrap up your camp experience with our Talent Show (brunch will be served, too!). Please submit your best shots and edits from the weekend and let your creativity speak for itself. Your work will be judged by special guest pros from the industry.
