National Bowling Stadium
Bowling in Reno is a big deal. The National Bowling Stadium, the only facility of its kind in the world, (referred to as the “Taj Mahal of Tenpins” by The Los Angeles Times) is dedicated to the classic sport of bowling. Living up to its name, the Stadium, featuring 78 lanes, was designed with the tournament bowler in mind, but the versatility of the facility allows it to be transformed into several configurations to suit any event and is available for private parties, business meetings and bowling functions.

Stadium Club, located on the 4th floor of the National Bowling Stadium, is a private bar and lounge area that accommodates up to 64 guests. Kingpin Club by Brunswick
Looking to host your next meeting or party at the Bowling Stadium? Kingpin Club by Brunswick features 10 professional lanes, a full bar and multiple HD flat screens in a trendy, modern environment on the first-floor lobby of the NBS.
For groups up to 100, the Kingpin Club can be utilized to practice before the big tournament or booked for a fun glow bowl, team-building event, or holiday party. With top-quality food and beverage offerings, Kingpin will take your event to the next level.

Best known as the home of bowling tournaments, the 78-lane stadium can also be used as a unique private event space. Public Bowling Days
Public Bowling Days at the National Bowling Stadium offer the community a unique opportunity to bowl inside one of the most iconic bowling venues in the world while supporting local nonprofit organizations. Held on select Tuesday evenings, these events combine fun, community engagement, and charitable impact, with participating nonprofits helping host each event and benefiting from proceeds and awareness opportunities. Whether you’re a casual bowler, a visiting group, or a lifelong fan of the sport, Public Bowling Days provide a chance to experience the Stadium while giving back to organizations that make a difference throughout Northern Nevada.
We’re always looking to partner with local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations for future Public Bowling Days. Participating nonprofits have the opportunity to raise awareness, connect with the community, and benefit from event proceeds while being part of a memorable experience at the Stadium. There are 275 guest parking spaces in the NBS lot. Parking costs $10 per space / per day. The parking garage does not take cash. Payment type accepted: credit card, debit card, Apple or Google Pay.
NBS is primarily a tournament facility, though on occasion we do open the lanes to the public. Keep an eye on our website and social media for those events. Kingpin Club is also open to the public on special occasions and will also be publicized on our website and social media.
Additionally, both the stadium and Kingpin Club are available for private bookings and make excellent spaces for holiday parties, team-building, and large gatherings. Email kingpin@visitrenotahoe.com to inquire about a private event booking.
Tournaments are occasionally open to spectators, please check their event listing for details. Bowlers participating in tournaments may bring a guest to observe.
Concession stands at NBS accept only credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Accessible doors to the facility are located on each level of the building. The facility is equipped with an elevator for access to the Stadium level. Limited accessible parking spaces are available in the National Bowling Stadium parking garage. The cost is $10/car. The parking garage does not take cash.
