Lake Tahoe Ski Resort Deals and Discounts

Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe

Keep that boarding pass handy! When you present it at the Guest Services Office at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, you will receive a discounted lift ticket. The offer is valid the same day you arrive, excluding holidays.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RTIA), the closest major airport to Lake Tahoe skiing, offers flights to and from several major cities in the U.S., including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, and more. If you are traveling from cities on the east coast, book the earliest flight possible and you can still make it!

Even if you aren't flying into Reno, Mt. Rose also offers several great daily deals, including discounted half-day tickets on Friday afternoons perfect for those driving in). Also, 2-for-1 full-day lift tickets are available on Tuesdays. Thursdays are ladies days, offering a discounted ticket that includes a FREE Thursday Ladies Ski/Snowboard Clinic.

Diamond Peak

Enjoy a day of skiing at Diamond Peak with the family, as children ages 6 and under always ski free. The resort also offers a Transferable Season Pass, which can be shared with anyone you choose - family, friends, employees or customers. This is a great option for families and businesses who want to treat their staff and clients to a day on the slopes. If you happen to be up at the resort on Wednesday nights aprés ski, check out their Last Tracks Wine and Beer tasting, where you can taste local brews and great wine, paired with tasty appetizers.

Palisades Tahoe

At Palisades Tahoe (formerly Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley) discounted daily lift ticket prices are available for active duty, veterans and retired military personnel, as well as active-duty dependents. These discounted lift tickets must be purchased over the phone or in-person at the ticket window with ID and proof of status.

Homewood Mountain Resort

Make your ski day a family affair at Homewood Mountain Resort. The resort offers free daily lift tickets for kids 4 and under, so even the littlest snow enthusiasts can get in some runs. Homewood also offers complimentary lift tickets Sunday-Friday during non-holiday periods for active-duty members of the military.
