For a lighter twist on a favorite Mexican dish, try these tasty chicken fajitas.
Mix together salt, ground pepper, cumin, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder, to taste.
Toss the chicken in the fajita seasoning until well-coated. In a pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken until it browns. In a separate pan, heat the oil and cook the peppers and onion until soft.
