Fajita seasoning
Mix together salt, ground pepper, cumin, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder, to taste.
Toss the chicken in the fajita seasoning until well-coated. In a pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken until it browns. In a separate pan, heat the oil and cook the peppers and onion until soft.
