It’s inspired by the way pizza was originally crafted. Here, homemade crusts are assembled and rolled in the kitchen. Ingredients like ground lamb, goat cheese and truffle oil are sourced to build the most flavorful, eclectic (or traditional, if that’s what you’re looking for) combinations. Customers order and watch their meals get meticulously pieced together – baked and served hot in three minutes or less without compromising taste.
