Brasserie St. James is a restaurant and brewery located in the historic Crystal Springs ice and water building in the Midtown District. It is a rustic, brasserie-style restaurant where their food is shown the same reverence as their beer, and give old-world European comfort dishes and American classics new life. Brasserie St. James crafts new and old world style ales and lagers using the finest natural ingredients and Sierra mountain spring water from their own artesian lake located 285 feet below our historic icehouse.
