When you start finalizing your meeting details or need to find that perfect off-site venue, we are here to assist you in every way to ensure your event is as successful as it can be!

Pre-Meeting Promotional Services
Take advantage of the full line of promotional services we offer to promote your meeting in the Reno Tahoe area. These include downloadable photos from our Media Photo Gallery, specialized maps, promotional copy, online brochures, our logo, and videos.

Marketing Support
Our team is well versed in digital, social and traditional media. The award-winning team has decades of experience, which includes promoting attendance at trade shows and conventions. We employ a national public relations firm and have the capability to create timely, compelling messaging.

Out-Of-The-Box
Have a request that is “out of the ordinary”? From glow-in-the-dark bowling events to a Mark Twain impersonator to Camel Races in Virginia City, we are experts in “out of the ordinary.”

Destination Information
Complimentary destination brochures are provided based on your attendance and total room nights. We recommend placing brochures in your registration area or welcome table. We are happy to deliver directly to your hotel, coordinating with your arrival.

Registration Assistance – available for a nominal fee
“Pleasant, flexible and professional.” This is how a meeting planner describes our registration staff. “They are ready to work their magic for your convention…put them on your team!”

  • Registration Assistance – From registration to data entry, conference bag preparation to room monitoring, let our professional staff assist you with your event.
  • Requests for staffing need to be made 30 days prior to your event. This will insure we have proper time to work out your schedule and get the staff notified. All requests are handled on a first come first serve basis.
  • We would be happy to discuss your staffing needs and provide you with a copy of our Policy and Guidelines.
