Large three bedroom, two bathroom vacation getaway in park-like setting on an acre of land surrounded by 18 oak trees. It’s just 40 minutes from Lake Tahoe area ski resorts and 10 minutes from downtown Reno.

There’s trout fishing and summer swimming in the nearby Truckee River, just a mile walk or drive from the house. The Hunter Creek Trailhead, which goes straight up into the Sierra Nevadas, is a five minute drive from the house. Nestled near the foot of the Sierras, it’s a gateway to summer and winter fun either in the mountains or to the east in the high desert. It’s a great home base for the Reno Tahoe area.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue, pinball machine, televisions with DVD player and a selection of older and contemporary films. With an acre of grass and trees, it’s peaceful and quiet here. (License #R-0722)
