When snow conditions are good there is a great sledding hill right behind the house.
Summer amenities include a heated community pool, hot tub, barbecue, and tennis courts. These facilities are 1/2 block away from the house and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (and longer if the weather allows).
Fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two sinks. Living room includes gas fireplace and flat screen tv.
Master bedroom includes a private bathroom, private deck, tv and California king-size bed.
The second bedroom includes a separate bathroom with jacuzzi tub and twin over full trundle bunk bed (two twin mattresses and one full mattress).
