Hotel Health and Safety Guidelines

Reno Tahoe hotels and businesses have protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees. These protocols include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Masks are required in all public areas to protect the health of staff and other guests
  • Increased cleaning and disinfection of public spaces, especially high traffic areas with specific guidelines for maintaining the cleanliness of gaming areas
  • CDC and OSHA-approved cleaning and disinfecting protocols for cleaning guest rooms
  • Staff and guests will maintain physical distancing in all areas including hotel front desk and gaming areas
  • Buffets will be temporarily closed but other on-property restaurants may be open with limited seating to maintain safe distancing between guests

Rest assured, area hotels have worked diligently to train staff, acquire necessary PPE and put protocols in place to welcome guests safely back to Reno Tahoe. See what each of these area hotels are doing to protect the health and safety of staff and guests.
