Tucked into a corner of the second floor across from The Brew Brothers, Hidden Pizza is a New York-style eatery that will serve pizza by the slice and by the pie starting at 5 p.m. and available throughout the late evening. After hours crowds will enjoy a new, perfectly crafted pizza dough recipe created by Eldorado’s Executive Chef Ivano Centemeri. The lightly-sauced and cheesed, wood-fired comfort food makes for the perfect fourth meal for locals and visitors alike.
