What originally started out as the award winning GourMelt Grilled Cheese food truck, has now turned into the GourMelt brick and mortar building in Sparks. GourMelt allows the local community to enjoy their gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches to go. The restaurant takes this timeless classic and adds a few twists to bring you the melted goodness you’ve been looking for.
