If music is your passion, then you won’t want to miss Dillon Francis, Porter Robinson, Travis Scott, Zedd and more of this year’s hottest performers ringing in the New Year at the SnowGlobe Music Festival in South Lake Tahoe. The three-day event takes place December 29 – 31 in a new and improved site with more than twice the space of previous years. Only a handful of tickets remain, get yours now!
For more lake time fun, venture down to the CBC (Crystal Bay Club) for a Tahoe New Year’s Eve party unlike any other. Enjoy the tunes of Leftover Salmon with special guests- The Mother Hips + After Party with Dusty Green Bones Band. Party starts at 9 pm.
Another way to celebrate Lake Tahoe New Year’s Eve 2017 is at the annual Heavenly Holidays New Year’s Eve Celebration. Starting at 7 pm, there will be fire, lights, and music and will come to a close with the gondola drop and fireworks at 9pm.
Squaw Valley, Mt. Rose, and Northstar are also all holding their own New Year’s Eve celebration which includes everything from a torchlight parade to an adult prom. Downtown is the place to be Reno New Year’s Eve 2017! The Eldorado Reno cordially invites you to ring in the New Year at their Masquerade Ball. Dance the night away to the music of Breakfast Klub and catch the firework display at midnight. Don your best gown and cloaks, the party begins at 5:30 pm.
This year the Silver Legacy is cranking the heat with their New Year’s Eve Carnival De Rio Party. Start practicing your wicked samba moves now because there will be dancing in the street featuring the sounds of Smash City. Festivities begin at 8:30 pm.
Be one of the first to experience a new era of nightlife at El Jefe cantina inside the Circus Circus. DJ Chris English and midnight cheers are all a part of the celebration.

American rapper G-Eazy will kick things off Saturday night and perform hits from his newest album and short film, “Beautiful and Dammed.” The former Jersey Shore star, DJ Pauly D, will bring you into the new year complete with the hottest hits and the iconic balloon drop at midnight. Dance the night away as Four Color Zack spins the crowd into 2018 at EDGE Nightclub, inside Peppermill Reno. Guests can also enjoy festivities on the casino floor with free champagne and party favors, or join the fun in the Capri Ballroom at the Peppermill’s Time after Time New Year’s Eve Party!
Everyone LOVES fireworks! And this year, downtown Reno is going to be explosive! Four downtown hotels and the City of Reno have partnered up to launch fireworks from three different rooftops.
