Reno Pub Crawls, Beer Crawls and Wine Walks
A friendly rendezvous at any of Reno Tahoe’s local watering holes is always a good time, but when you throw outlandish costumes into the mix, a good time becomes an unforgettable one. If you’re in Reno on the fourth Saturday of the month, you will inevitably, and luckily, enter the wacky world of the Reno Pub Crawl. A few times a year, Reno really spices things up with themed crawls that include thousands of people dressed in their best Santa-inspired suits or superheroes trying to save the world one drink at a time, in the dorkiest costume possible.
It’s a popular 4 hour, 4th Saturday craft beer tasting tradition in downtown Reno. For $5 you get a glass, map, wrist band & raffle ticket at The Waterfall (134 W. 2nd Street) and enjoy $1 – 6 ounce (that’s half a beer) refills of craft beer + other specials at 15+ downtown Reno locations.
Every third Saturday of the month from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, the Riverwalk Merchants Association hosts the popular Wine Walk along the Truckee River and neighboring streets in the downtown Riverwalk District. Not only is it a delightful way to discover Reno’s scenic river corridor, but a different charity benefits each month.
