Special Thanksgiving menus have been created for Sterling’s Seafood Steakhouse, Silver Baron Ballroom, Flavors! the Buffet and Café Sedona. We are providing both casual and fine dining options serving traditional favorites as well as delectable specialties and some surprises to round out any craving.
Make a special day more special by making reservations at Sterling’s Seafood Steakhouse to experience a truly elegant Thanksgiving experience. This holiday feast begins with an appetizer of Carpaccio of filet mignon garnished with capers, Dijon mustard and parmesan Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil or gulf prawn cocktail on a bed of mesclun and shrimp salad served with classic cocktail sauce. The second course is Sterling’s house salad with the addition of fresh pomegranate fruit and pomegranate vinaigrette or fall pumpkin bisque with holiday spices and finished with homemade cream fraiche. The main course is a beautifully prepared classic Thanksgiving Turkey platter with all the usual holiday favorites of mashed potatoes, yams, vegetables and homemade cranberry sauce. Sterling’s is rounding out this delicious meal with a special dessert of pumpkin cheesecake with a cinnamon sour cream crust and fresh cranberry compote. This carefully planned feast is served from 4 p.m. and is $46 plus tax. Reservations are recommended.
Join us for Thanksgiving dining from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Silver Baron Ballroom with a wide variety of classics from the carving station such as oven roasted breast of turkey, honey mustard glazed baked ham and slow roasted USDA choice Prime Rib along with non-traditional fare like Asian roasted duck, pork Milanese and rosemary lamb loin chops. And think pasta isn’t an option? Not with fresh made seafood ravioli and chicken or shrimp scampi on the menu! How’s that for mixin’ it up? Save room for the dessert station where you will find everything from Old Fashion bread pudding & rum sauce to Grand Marnier mousse to traditional pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Adults dine for $20.49 plus tax and children ages 6-12 eat for $9.99 plus tax.
Flavors! the Buffet will be serving the feast, featuring our hot apple cider station, from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Along with all the favorites from the carving station, some of the entrée selections include herb rubbed garlic roast chicken, beef Kobe style ribs, filet of Pacific salmon, country style honey stung Chicken, deep fried Tilapia and Asian roasted duck. As well, there will be the customary holiday salad bar along with some you wouldn’t expect, like Asian shrimp with calamari rings and fussilli pasta and butternut squash bisque with ginger cream. The dessert station includes the traditional pumpkin pie but add to that chocolate fudge cake, pumpkin cheesecake, walnut torte and more! The whole family can partake for $20.49 plus tax for adults and $9.99 for children 6-12 years old.
Café Sedona’s Thanksgiving meal keeps it simple and wonderful! Choose from butternut squash bisque with ginger cream or Salina greens with sun dried cranberries, cucumbers and fresh farm apples followed by roasted Tom turkey with apple sage dressing. On the side, enjoy favorites like fresh mashed potatoes with turkey giblet gravy, honey sweet potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and rolls with butter. And it isn’t Thanksgiving without pumpkin pie for dessert!
