Guests at the Eldorado will find culinary passion on the menus at Roxy, La Strada and The Prime Rib Grill this Valentine's Day and through the Presidents Day weekend. The three distinct pre fixe menus are available Thursday, February 14 through Sunday, February 17 starting each night at 5pm.
At the Eldorado’s award winning bistro, Roxy, guests can indulge in a divine four course Valentine’s Day menu, which begins with “Fondue is for Lovers” – white truffle infused raclette cheese fondue with artisan bread and assorted crudite. The second course features a choice of champagne oyster bisque with crispy oysters, cucumber and saffron foam or BBQ wood fired quail with balsamic glazed Treviso radicchio dressed in a blood orange vinaigrette. Beef Wellington is the entrée course – puff pastry wrapped filet mignon with sautéed mushrooms and spinach and topped with lobster béarnaise sauce. The finale is Roxy’s famous chocolate soufflé served with chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne anglaise. This indulgent culinary adventure is $150 per couple and includes two glasses of Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Cuvee. Couples can add a bottle of the Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Cuvee for just $45.
At the Eldorado’s signature restaurant, La Strada, a four course meal is served for $55 per person. The meal begins with antipasto including zucchini flan and parmesan fondue. Then it’s roasted porchetta tortelli with a butter marjoram sauce and zinfandel reduction plus chestnut risotto enhanced with saffron and aged Monte Veronese cheese. For the main course, diners will savor a sole, king crab and asparagus “Involtino” with lemon butter and chives as well as mushroom and pancetta stuffed chicken with sautéed Swiss chard. Dolce is apple tatin with cinnamon gelato and strawberry ricotta “Delice.” La Strada is also offering a special on Bocelli Prosecco sparkling wine for $35.
Guests can treat themselves to a classic spread at The Prime Rib Grill this Valentine’s for just $65 per couple or $35 per person. The meal starts with a trip to the never ending soup and salad bar stocked with crisp greens and an array of fresh toppings plus fresh fruits, nuts and more. Chateaubriand is the featured entrée with Diane sauce, chateau potatoes and sweet spaghetti squash. Luscious strawberry meringue baskets filled with white chocolate, strawberries, whipped cream and vanilla custard top off the meal.
For a truly magical evening, guests can cap off the night with Eldorado’s new show “Magique.” Kevin & Caruso put excitement and fun into the art of illusion with their award winning show that blends grand illusions and dazzling costumes plus a dose of comedy and a splash of Cirque. Guests will see glamorous showgirls materialize from a cloud of smoke and vanish just as easily. Kevin impossibly passes through a cluster of spinning blades and the quirky Lord Caruso levitates in mid air. Add to that an intense soundtrack, state of the art video effects and stunning pyrotechnics and “Magique” is a not-to-be-missed stage spectacular of epic proportions. Tickets start at just $21.95. Performances run nightly except Monday with showtimes Tuesday and Friday at 8pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at 7pm and Saturday at 7 and 9:30pm.
