Apple Fritters
5 oz. Water
2 oz. Butter
2/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
3 Whole Eggs
1 or 2 Apples Diced (depending on the size)
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 oz. Toasted Pinenuts
Powdered Sugar for dusting
Depot Whiskey Sauce
8 egg yolks
1/2 Cup Sugar (whisk until sugar is dissolved)
1 Cup Heavy Cream (Heat with egg yolks until you can coat the back of a spoon.)
Add 1 or 2oz of Depot Whiskey (or your local favorite)
