Quick and Easy Pretzels

Soft Pretzels
1.5 cups water
1.5 cups milk
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2.5 tsp. salt
4 cups bread flour
4 cups AP flour
2.5 tsp. yeast 2 packages
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Sea salt to taste
1 lb. butter melted
Soda bath
4 cups water
4 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. honey

Beer cheese dip
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. flour
½ cup milk
¾ cup beer
1.3 tsp. Worcestershire
2 cups shredded cheddar
Salt and pepper to taste
