More than 4,500 competitors and guests are visiting Reno
Tahoe for the three-day tournament, which is contributing more than 6,800 room
nights to area hotels, and boosting the local economy with an estimated
economic impact of more than $4.8 million.
The NCVF Club Volleyball Championships kicks off a busy
month for volleyball in northern Nevada. More than 1,000 additional volleyball
teams will be in the area starting April 12th, when the Northern California
Volleyball Association Far Western National Qualifier Tournament returns.
