Local Apres-Ski Spots in Reno Tahoe

Après-ski is officially defined as “a social activity after a day’s skiing,” but it can also be described as a well-earned happy hour. After a day of shredding the slopes at one of our world-class ski resorts surrounding our region, there’s nothing better than relaxing with drinks, friends and fun times. Here’s some great places and popular drinks to enjoy après-ski.

Miguel’s Mexican Food

Miguel’s Mexican Food is located on Mt. Rose Highway, just down the road from Mt. Rose Ski Resort. Enjoy margaritas, local craft beers, and of course, fantastic food. Craving Mexican food in MidTown? Check out their location on Virginia Street.

Overwhelmed by the many options? Just say “Gimme an Icky!” This IPA contains a blast of Cascade hops and is named after the Ichthyosaur, Nevada’s official state fossil.
