The Reno-Tahoe Open at Montrêux Golf & Country Club: As the PGA TOUR’s only summertime event on the West Coast, the 14th annual Reno-Tahoe Open is one of 33 tournaments in the race for the FedExCup. The Reno-Tahoe Open takes place at northern Nevada’s only Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course, Montrêux Golf & Country Club, July 30- August 5, 2012 and includes two pro-am tournaments in addition to top notch PGA TOUR action and a $3 million prize purse. Not only is The Reno-Tahoe Open the only PGA TOUR event in northern Nevada, it’s the only PGA event to hit the West Coast during the summer months.
