The Edible Pedal 100™ is a recreational yet challenging charitable bike ride that showcases Nevada.
The beautiful ride routes feature outstanding locally sourced food. Local farmers, ranchers, vintners, brewers, bakers, and other food artisans will be featured at the ride stops and post ride barbecue.
There are three routes with ride distances of 10, 50 and 100 miles and all start/end at Bowers Mansion Regioinal Park in Washoe Valley. The 10 mile route is for families to enjoy a leisurely ride and the 50 mile is for stronger riders and goes south through historic Carson City. The 100 mile route includes a ride up to scenic Lake Tahoe. The rest stop and barbecue features Nevada foods and beverages.
