Torchmate Ultra4 Stampede
September 7, 2011 -September 11, 2011
The Torchmate Ultra4 Stampede takes place in the heart of Reno, Nevada. Our partnership with Exit 28 Motorsports allows us access to 100,000 acres of the toughest terrain that Nevada has to offer. In its second year, this event has quickly become a favorite of Ultra4 racers and sponsors alike. The nightlife of Reno and its wonderful amenities provide a stark contrast to the difficulty of the race course. The spectator areas offer more than enough action, and 24 hour gaming will ensure you leave the Stampede fully entertained.
The event will kick off with the drivers welcome party Weds night. Pre-running begins Thursday with media day at the track. New for 2011 is our vendor mixer, and we are currently in talks with the Off-road Motorsports Hall of Fame to hold its annual induction ceremony. Friday will kick off bright and early with Ultra4 Time trials, followed by Tech inspection/contingency, and Trade show. The now famous Bikini Car wash, expanded Club Challenge and Show and Shine will be back for 2011. Race action starts at 10:00am on Saturday and ends at 6:00pm. The after party will start around 8:00pm and will include the race awards. In 2010 the party did not stop until 4:00am with Ultra4 teams dancing the night away. Exit 28 will offer additional trails for the 2011 event. We expect large growth of this event due to positive regional feedback of our 2010 event.
