In March, the Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry & St. Patrick's Day Parade features marching leprechauns, green attractions, and a Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry (yep—they are either beef or sheep testicles, or some of both.) This is a fun filled day of unique eating as professional and amateur cooks compete for the most creative and unique dishes utilizing these unique delicacies.
