Farm to Table Dinner

Priced at just $35 per person, each open air, upscale picnic dinner will feature locally and sustainably sourced food prepared with a creative twist. Menus will include items such as peach and arugula salad, wild salmon, grilled local flank steak and summer vegetables. Hors d’oeuvres will be served out of Squaw’s new Mtn Roots Food Truck, and main courses and deserts will be shared and enjoyed by each table. Specially paired beers and wines will be available for purchase, along with a large selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Reservations for the Farm to Table Dinners are required.
