Some of the dishes planned include clams with black bean sauce, Thai hot and sour head-on shrimp, roast duck, cashew chicken, steamed mussels with ginger sauce, wok braised crab, Peking pork chop, Mongolian beef and more.
Each buffet guest will receive Lei See, a Chinese tradition of lucky money.
