The Reno-Sparks Convention Center (RSCC) is a 600,000 sq. ft. facility, featuring five (5) contiguous exhibit halls with 381,000 square feet of space. Each hall offers drive-in access, nineteen (19) freight doors, eight (8) of which are drive-in. The drive-in doors are highlighted by a 39’ wide by 32’ high hangar door providing access for oversized equipment, vehicles and aircraft. Other features include electrical, water, gas and air distribution systems.

Fifty-three (53) meeting rooms, accommodating groups from 50 to more than 3,000, compliment the Convention Center. And for your attendees’ convenience, the meeting space is strategically situated throughout the facility providing easy access to exhibit and registration areas.

The Reno-Sparks Convention Center has also been home to various sporting conventions throughout the year, including the USA Karate National Championships and Team Trials, USA Judo Scholastic Championships, USA Taekwondo US Open, USA Weightlifting Series 1 American Open, NCVA Far Westerns, USA Gymnastics Men’s Junior Olympic Nationals, and the Amateur Athletic Union’s Basketball Jam On It Memorial Day Tournament.

Virtual and Hybrid Events

You can now easily host virtual and hybrid events at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center! The Reno-Sparks Convention Center’s i-Studio can be used for your virtual meeting, keynote speakers, panel discussion or presentations. We can safely host your event to a live audience and to your remote attendees to create a hybrid event experience. Your virtual attendees and your live audience will see and hear each other and have the opportunity to interact together as if they were in the same room. With our virtual event format, your vendors and sponsors will connect virtually with all of your attendees through a mix of live general sessions, keynote speakers, interactive breakout sessions and vendor showcases.

  • Where can I buy tickets for an event?

    Some events at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center require tickets. If this is the case for an event you are looking to attend, you can call the Convention Center at (775) 229-7620 or email us at [email protected] to find out when tickets will be available at the ticket booth or where to purchase online.

  • What forms of payment are accepted at concession stands?

    Concession stands at RSCC accept only credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • How much is parking?

    $10 per space / per day

  • Is the facility handicap accessible?

    Accessible doors to the facility are located at the North, South and Main entrances. The Convention Center is one level, making each meeting room and exhibit hall easily accessible for all. Outside of each meeting room, exhibit hall, and bathroom are placards indicating the location in both English and Braille. There is at least one handicapped stall with wheelchair accessibility in each women’s and men’s restroom throughout the Convention Center.

  • Are there handicap accessible parking spaces at the convention center? / What is the parking rate for cars displaying a handicap placard or license plate?

    There are a maximum of 37 handicapped parking spaces available on property, by the North and East entrances. The parking rate is $10 for all vehicles.

  • Are there handicap scooters or wheelchairs available to rent?

    Not on site, but please contact Medtech: https://www.medtech-services.com/ to make arrangements for wheelchair or scooter rental.

  • What is your bag policy?

    For ticketed events, the RSCC allows:

    1. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” X 6” X 12”
    2. One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
    3. Small clutch or purse no larger than 4.5” X 6.5” with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the facility after proper inspection.
    4. An exception will be made of medically necessary items after proper inspection.

    Prohibited items include, but are not limited to; bags larger than 12” X 6” X 12”, backpacks, duffle bags, weapons, cans, bottles, food, wallet chains, professional video/audio recording equipment (GoPro’s, tripods, camera bags, etc.), fireworks, laser pens/glow sticks, iPads, coolers.

    Exceptions – sports bags for athletic event participants & coaches, technical equipment for Conventions & Trade shows, and diaper bags accompanied by the infant (1 bag per infant).

    NO storage of prohibited items will be allowed on the premises.

  • Do you have a Lost & Found?

    Our security office will hold all found items for 30 days. Please contact them if you have left an item behind: 775.827.7629
