RSCVA's Rhonda Eaton Honored by the Event Service Professionals Association

The Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority
congratulates Rhonda Eaton, CMP, for being honored with the Event Service
Professionals Association’s 2011 President’s Award.
Each year an ESPA member is recognized, by the association’s
president, for continued volunteer support and enthusiasm for the association.
The President’s Award is given to the member whose professionalism and
dedication toward the betterment of the association are significant and
indisputable.
“It is such an honor to receive the 2011 President’s Award,”
said Eaton. “Membership in ESPA has been a great experience for me
professionally and personally, and I am so proud to be representing Reno Tahoe
as this year’s recipient.”
Ms. Eaton is currently the events services manager at the
Reno-Sparks Convention Center, and is a ??-year employee of RSCVA. She has
earned the distinguished title of Certified Meeting Professional, and continually
demonstrates her excellence in representing both Reno Tahoe USA and ESPA,
proving that this recognition is well deserved.
Founded in 1988 as the first and only association dedicated
to serving convention service professionals, the ESPA prepares members for a
successful role in event execution. Through the vital contributions of its
members, ESPA has assisted professionals in the development of skills necessary
for effective service management for the past 24 years.
