All New Atlantis Steakhouse, Here to Serve
Maitre d’ Ali Sar-Sangi promises a personal dining experience, where the customer is, once again, King. Part of that experience includes an engaging service, designed to put the guest into the kitchen, but from the comfort of the dining room. Bequeathed from a legacy of fine dining, tableside preparation will be offered for traditional, and some not-so-traditional, items from Classic Caesar to Shrimp Scampi and Steak Diane to Bananas Foster and Café Diablo.
With the collaboration of Atlantis Executive Chef Bob Katausky, the Atlantis Steakhouse menu is truly something to behold. An original plating bathes escargot in a home-made roasted garlic herb butter. Mouth-watering Lobster Bisque and French Onion soups are complemented with a freshly inspired Soup Du Jour. Filet, Kansas City Bone-In Rib Eyes and American Kobe Strip Loin are among the finest cuts of meat, which may be ordered Oscar or Au Poivre. Favorites from Lobster and King Crab to New York Steak can be paired with a delightfully expansive menu of Must-Haves from sea salt crusted baked potatoes to tempura onion petals and creamed corn with a kick.
Atlantis Sommelier, Christian O’Kuinghttons maintains over 1,750 bottles, arranged throughout the Atlantis Steakhouse. The most prominent display is a magnificent glass cabinet, viewable from outside the steakhouse, positioned along the square spiral staircase leading up to the restaurant. Christian is a master orator and an expert on pairings.
Northern Nevada’s only Certified Mixologist, Erik Tirums has assembled a mouth-watering list of classic cocktails, from Cosmo’s to Mint Juleps and Vespers to a Hemingway Daiquiri with 10 Cane Rum, fresh-squeezed lime and grapefruit juice.
Atlantis Steakhouse seats over 160, and offers all dining options whether you’re sitting around the 1,100 gallon aquarium in the lounge or in the private Cove. The Atlantis Steakhouse is framed with a back-lit Honey Onyx, and holds a mesmerizing custom Bauble Ceiling.
Chef Dan Bauer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC. Chef Bauer was most recently the Executive Chef of Thunder Canyon Country Club, and prior to that, Executive Sous Chef at the prestigious North Shore Country Club of Glenview, IL.
