Reno-Tahoe Ski Getaway Rules

1. To Enter: The Reno-Tahoe Ski Adventure Giveaway begins Oct 15, 2007 and ends on March 15, 2008. Contestants may enter by completing the information online at http://www.visitrenotahoe.com/enter_to_win/. ONLY SEVEN ENTRIES PER PERSON FOR ONLINE ENTRIES.

2. Entrants can also hand-print their name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone number, email address and the words"Reno-Tahoe Ski Adventure Giveaway" on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to:

   All mail-in entries must be received no later than March 15, 2008 to be eligible for the drawings. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON FOR MAIL-INENTRIES. The Reno Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority (RSCVA) is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, misdirected, electronic miscommunications or failures of any kind. Contest is void where prohibited by law. The number of entries received determines the odds of winning. Entries become the property of the RSCVA and will not be returned.

3. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, twenty-one (21) years or older, as of February 28, 2006. Employees of the RSCVA and employees of the companies providing the prizes are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. Drawing: The 20 three day/two night ski trips will be awarded in one automated random drawings on October 31, 2007 (2 ski trips); November 30, 2007 (3 ski trips); December 31 (4 ski trips) January 31, 2008 (4 ski trips); February 29, 2008 (4 ski trips) and March 15, 2008 (3 ski trips). The RSCVA is not responsible for invalid, inaccurate, misprinted or incorrectly entered email addresses.

5. Prizes: There will be 20 of the following prizes awarded: 3 day/two night hotel accommodations for two, breakfast for two each day, one day of skiing for two at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe. Prizes valid Sunday . Thursday, non-holiday, and subject to availability. Estimated prize value is approximately $308. 

6. Winners: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize and those not specified are the responsibility of each winner. The RSCVA assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, injury or death resulting from the acceptance and use of this prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All prizes are valid from date of receipt by winner through the expiration dates above, and must be claimed prior to the package expiration date. The RSCVA reserves the right tomodify the individual giveaways without compromising the integrity of the offer as determined by the RSCVA in its sole discretion.

7. Agreement: All drawing entrants, by their participation, agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The RSCVA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, and any subsequent entries of the disqualified entrant. The laws of the United States apply to and govern this sweepstakes and any claims must be raised and resolved in the United States. Additionally, entrants and winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the RSCVA, participating properties, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out oftheir participation in the promotion and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. All winners must be 21-years or older and by accepting the prize, agree to the use of their name or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation, and upon request, provide consent to such use in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability: The RSCVA is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected,damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly; or are lost due to computer orelectronic malfunction. The RSCVA reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the offer as determined by the RSCVA in its sole discretion.

9. Names of Winners: The promotion winners will be posted as winners on http://www.visitrenotahoe.com/enter_to_win/ . For written names of all the winners, mail aself-addressed, stamped envelop to:
