Goal:
To build the new Reno-Tahoe brand in new and core markets.
Objective:
- Increase awareness of Reno-Tahoe among the Frequent Independent Traveler (FIT), convention and meeting planners, the travel trade and local community through advertising, promotions, public relations, etc.; measured through visits to the Web site, calls to the toll free telephone numbers, and BRC (business reply card)/promotion response.
- Broaden the information access and purchase opportunity via the Internet, and toll free telephone numbers.
- Establish and maintain consistent brand communications by managing the marketing, advertising, and promotion efforts/budgets within the five RSCVA operating units.
