            <description>Meet the Executive Staff                       Christopher Baum       President and CEO       Chris  Baum is President and CEO of the Reno-Sparks Convention &amp;amp; Visitors  Authority and is responsible for all activities associated with the  operation of the RSCVA and its facilities. A graduate of Cornell  University&amp;rsquo;s School of Hotel Administration, Mr. Baum has more than  three decades of experience in the sales, marketing, hospitality and  tourism industries, serving in senior roles at Westin, Hilton and  Sonesta International Hotels, as well as The New Yorker magazine. Prior  to joining the RSCVA in 2012, he served as the Senior Vice President of  Sales and Marketing at the Detroit Metro Convention &amp;amp; Visitors  Bureau. In his current role, Mr. Baum works with, and reports to, the  13-member RSCVA Board of Directors. He is married with three children.       E-mail: cbaum@renotahoeusa.com Phone: 775.827.7618                        Joe Kelley       Vice President of Facilities       Joe  Kelley is Vice President of Facilities of the RSCVA, overseeing  management of the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, the Reno-Sparks  Livestock Events Center, the National Bowling Stadium, the Reno Events  Center and Wildcreek Golf Course. Mr. Kelley joined the RSCVA in 1998 as  Director of the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center. Over the course of  his years with the organization, he has served in a variety of facility  management roles, most recently as the General Manager of the National  Bowling Stadium, the Reno Events Center and Wildcreek Golf Course. With  more than 20 years of experience in facility management, Mr. Kelley  previously served as the Assistant Director of Public Events for the  city of Fort Worth, Texas, where he managed operations at the Will  Rogers Memorial Center and oversaw a $4.2 million budget. He was also  employed for nearly ten years as General Manager for the Will Rogers  Memorial Center.       E-mail: jkelley@renotahoeusa.com Phone: 775.335.8803                        John Leinen       Vice President of Convention &amp;amp; Tourism Sales       John  Leinen is Vice President of Convention &amp;amp; Tourism Sales of the RSCVA  and is responsible for selling the Reno, Sparks, and North Lake Tahoe  area as a convention destination and for achieving the sales targets and  objectives for the RSCVA. Mr. Leinen joined the RSCVA in 2010.  Immediately prior to accepting this position, Mr. Leinen served as the  Corporate Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing, New Acquisitions,  and Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Sage Hospitality.  Previously Mr. Leinen was Director of Sales and Marketing for the  Sheraton Chicago Northwest; National Corporate Director of Group Sales  and Marketing for Omni Hotels; and Director of Sales and Marketing for  the Westin O&amp;rsquo;Hare. In her  role, Ms. Cunningham is responsible for developing and coordinating the  communications, public information, website, social media, creative and  all marketing aspects of the RSCVA as well as special events.  A native  Nevadan, Ms. Cunningham has previously worked for the RSCVA as Director  of Marketing for the National Bowling Stadium as well as in Tourism  Sales.  Returning to the RSCVA in 2010, Ms. Cunningham was previously  with Circus Circus Casino as Director of Sales, Advertising, Casino  Marketing and Entertainment.  With more than 25 years of experience, she  has long been an integral part of the Northern Nevada gaming community.   Ms. Cunningham holds a Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s Degree in Finance from the  University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Business Administration, as  well as a Master&amp;rsquo;s Degree in International Marketing, from San Francisco  State University. Mr. Rivers is responsible for proper tax collection and  distribution, preparation of annual financial reports and administrative  operations; including, payroll, accounts payable and accounts  receivable. Mr. Rivers earned his Master&amp;rsquo;s and Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s Degrees in  Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a graduate of  Douglas High School. Ms. Anderson works closely with  the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well. Ms. Anderson is an  important source on a variety of issues for policymakers, administrative  management and the general public. She serves as the liaison between  the Board of Directors, the CEO and executive staff, handling all  administrative duties.
